      <image:title>About - Tricia Conyers</image:title>
<image:caption>Before founding Island Inspirations, and co-launching the Every Little Model Podcast, Tricia worked in the change industry for more than 20 years, in her work models were an integral part of helping others to navigate the complexities of change. Not only did she use models day-to-day to help others reframe challenging situations, she has also led professional development sessions where models featured as prominent elements of the learning curriculum. She has also co-authored a few models with her co-host John. Tricia’s favorite model: It’s is one I learned from my colleagues at the Kaos Pilots, called the 5Es to Experience Design. I love this model as it shifts thinking away from discrete events, meetings or gatherings and towards the holistic experience for participants. It encourages thinking about how to leave a lasting impact and encourage change well after events are over. When Tricia is not helping leaders and their organizations improve the way they work, you can find her doing Pilates or on the coast taking photos — a hobby from which she made a small fortune of $14. Tricia is a Cambridge graduate and a lifelong learner who currently resides, with her family, in Trinidad and Tobago: a beautiful Caribbean nation that she once represented in dressage and show jumping competitions. That was many years ago, but, it’s still awesome.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - John Norcross</image:title>
<image:caption>John is an organizational and community change agent who helps people leverage frameworks and heuristic devices to look at their world in different ways in order to make better interventions. Working from a foundation in the social sciences, John has worked with teams in the private and public sectors helping them applying models and tools from areas such as systems and design thinking to address challenges of organizational growth, friction, effectiveness and sustainability. John’s favourite model: “It’s not as well known as it should be, but Thomas Homer-Dixon’s Ingenuity Gap has been a motivating model for me when it comes to building problem solving capability.”</image:caption>
